Mindfulness skills groups offering experiential training in mindfulness meditation to support greater presence, balance, and well-being, available in person in Kitchener-Waterloo, ON.

I offer trauma-informed mindfulness groups that meet people where they are, working with both body and mind. These groups are offered online and in person and focus on practical mindfulness for everyday life - helping participants return to the present moment, understand stress and nervous system responses in the body, and build relaxation and resilience.

Types of Groups:

General mindfulness skills groups: Skills-based groups open to the public that focus on everyday mindfulness practice and nervous system regulation, without functioning as group psychotherapy. Support groups run over an 8 or 10-week period and are offered both in person and online via Zoom.
