This 8-week mindfulness meditation group offers practical skills for reducing stress, cultivating greater balance, and establishing a sustainable meditation practice. Rooted in both the experiential and philosophical foundations of mindfulness, the group invites participants to develop greater presence, self-awareness, and compassion in their relationship with themselves and the world.
